Amal Clooney gave birth to twins on June 6, 2017 — and now the lawyer wife of George Clooney is already looking frightfully thin!

The National ENQUIRER caught Amal heading out with her husband during the 47th Annual Film Festival in Venice, Italy — where she climbed aboard a boat with arms that were shockingly slim!

The disturbing images show a troubling return to the ultra-thin frame that had friends worrying about Amal in April, 2016!

"Amal's gotten frighteningly thin," said a friend at the time. "She looks like she only weighs 99 pounds!"

But the friend also noted that Amal was determined to gain some weight — telling The ENQUIRER: "Amal knows that unless she manages to get pregnant soon, the marriage is over!"

As seen in Venice, though, Amal hasn't wasted any time getting back into shape — even though it's a shape that's alarming to some fans!
