Mike Walker Reports… Celebs had the funniest last laugh ever with the just-deceased famed funnyguy who woulda loved it MOST!

Legendary writer/producer/director/actor Garry Marshall— creator of “Pretty Woman,” TV’s “Happy Days,” “Laverne & Shirley,” “Mork & Mindy,” etc. — kicked in July, but wasn’t given his final Hollywood applause until pal Tom Hanks organized a Tinseltown memorial of 1,000-plus last month.

The A-list mourners included luminaries like Julia Roberts, Bette Midler, Henry Winkler and Garry’s star sis, comedian Penny Marshall.

And here’s my hilarious scoop-dee-doo: Upon exiting the service, a dozen-plus disgruntled mourners discovered cops had showered their cars with a blizzard of parking tickets!

Snorted My Buh-Bye Spy: “Tom, truly upset that Garry’s special day ended on a nasty note, directed an assistant to collect ALL the citations, announcing that his company would pay for every one — and adding, on a hilariously Hanks-ian note, that he’d use residual funds ‘earned from working with the great Garry Marshall!’”
