Mel B’s angry ex has raised a stink in their sordid ongoing custody battle — claiming that the former Scary Spice tried to pee on the furniture in front of their kids!
Stephen Belafonte claims in legal documents that he has video footage of the wasted Spice Girl “pulling her pants down and trying to urinate on the couch in the presence of the children.”
He also says that the “America’s Got Talent” judge was “near death….and being so drunk that her daughter, Phoenix, and the children’s nanny had to carry [her] upstairs to her bedroom.”
Belafonte, father of their daughter Madison, is seeking visitation rights for his stepdaughter Angel — while Mel insists that he’s all wet!
