Kathy Griffin is privately fuming over the fact that her high profile CNN job is gone — and she’s blaming her former co-host Anderson Cooper!
The crass comic had expected longtime college Cooper to stand in solidarity with her while weathering the backlash from her ill-fated photo shoot that drew the ire of President Donald Trump and his family, but just the opposite happened!
Cooper, who had co-hosted CNN’s annual New Year’s Eve live special from Times Square with Griffin for the past ten years, publicly condemned her for her art that sparked public outrage around the country.

“For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate,” tweeted the newsman.
Griffin defended her actions in a friday press conference held at the office of her attorney Lisa Bloom, where she broke down at times.
There is no official word who will take over co-hosting duties this New Year’s Eve, but Cooper’s longtime friend Andy Cohen is already a rumored possibility.
