Denise Richards has filed bombshell court papers claiming that ex-husband Charlie Sheen has cut off her family’s child support — right after The ENQUIRER revealed that Charlie’s other ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has ended up back in rehab!
Denis has filed lengthy legal documents that includes claims that Charlie had specifically requested that she moved in with their two daughters — and her adopted third daughter — next to his house in the swank L.A. subdivision of Mulholland Estates.
A suspicious Denise claims that she only agreed with a promise to never be evicted — and because she knew of Charlie’s hidden HIV status, and that he said he “wanted to repair his relationship with his children.”

Denise claims that in 2013, Charlie texted daughter Lola, then 8, with a chilling holiday message: ‘Have a merry Xmas with your loser f**ks**t mom,” with the sitcom star adding: “Your dad is a rock star genius … your mom is a p**s wart.”
Denise’s legal statement also alleged that Charlie called Lola “a f**king pig whore’ that same year, before threatening: “I’m going to kill you and I’m going to kill your mom!’

Charlie’s attorneys say that the court filing is “a desperate attempt to get more money.”
His lawyers claim that Charlie has paid Denise nearly $20 million over the years, including $660,000 in annual tax-free income for the past nine years.
Denise responded to lawyer Marty Singer via Twitter: “U being a trustee should support a mom trying to keep it intact for their children. It’s their money, not mine or your client.”
