Barry Manilow is out of the closet as a gay man — and he admits The National ENQUIRER opened the door!
The pop superstar is finally speaking out about his 2014 marriage to husband Garry Keif, and confessed that ENQUIRER readers knew Barry’s secret all along!
“It’s not news to me and not news to anybody around me,” Barry said while appearing on “The Today Show” with Savannah Guthrie.
I don’t think it was news at all,” he added — “but The ENQUIRER caught us getting married, and so we were stuck!”

The ENQUIRER had the worldwide exclusive on Barry’s marriage to Garry in 2014, which was even a surprise to the guests!
Most of the invitees thought the event was a simple party at Barry’s mansion in Palm Springs, Calif., said an insider, but “when they arrived, they were told it was a wedding!”
The ENQUIRER also revealed that Barry’s best man was “Three’s Company” star Suzanne Somers!
Barry added that he didn’t have any hard feelings about The ENQUIRER bombshell — telling Savannah: “I’m not uncomfortable about that. Gary and I have been together for going on 40 years!”
