Zsa Zsa Gabor Around 1950-1955
Zsa Zsa Gabor died at the age of 99 on Dec. 18, 2016 — leaving behind a showbiz legacy as one of Hollywood's greatest lovers! The notorious beauty made a fortune out of turning her acting career into a series of marriages, with her nine husbands including some of America's wealthiest men! But as she shared in an exclusive interview with
The National ENQUIRER, Zsa Zsa's wild life also included strange nights of romance with some of Hollywood's biggest stars!

Frank Sinatra
Zsa Zsa was preparing for the release of her autobiography when she sat down with The ENQUIRER to reveal the famous men that she had dated — and some that she had rejected! Then there was
Frank Sinatra, who wouldn't take "no" for an answer! "I was never interested in Sinatra," Zsa Zsa told The ENQUIRER. "He chased me over 20 years ago, but he's not my type, and I never had a romance with him." But the two did end up in bed!

"He came back to my house one night after escorting me to a party," recalled Zsa Zsa. "He barged into my bedroom and tried to seduce me. I resisted him. He was after me the whole night. He never fell asleep. The following morning his car was blocking my car in the driveway, and I had to get my 8-year-old child to school. But he refused to leave the house. I had to go to bed with him before he would move his car so I could get my kid to school!"

Elisabeth Taylor and Richard Burton in 1960s
Zsa Zsa had happier memories of actor
Richard Burton, who swept her off her feet on New Year's Eve. "He and a friend arrived to take me to a party," she recalled. "When my friend left the room, Richard looked me up and down, then said, 'Instead of going to that party, why don't we go to bed, my darling?'...Richard pulled me down onto the white fur rug in front of my fireplace and made violent, passionate love to me."

She also gave high marks to
Sean Connery — saying he was "very romantic" during a love affair that spanned two continents — with Zsa Zsa being careful to note that they'd met when he was single. "I met Sean on television in London and was involved with him for years," she gushed. "He was one of the most wonderful persons I ever met. If I were ever to be born again, we probably would have 10 children and be happily married forever!"

Zsa Zsa Gabor & George Sanders Out To Dinner
And while Zsa Zsa once apologized for saying that she was afraid of lesbians, she didn't mind talking about how Greta Garbo nearly got her into bed. Their flirtation began when Zsa Zsa's third husband, actor George Sanders, introduced them at a party, saying: "My wife has a wild crush on you." As Zsa Zsa recalled: "I blushed scarlet. Dispassionately, Garbo responded, 'She's a very beautiful girl, your wife.'"

Things became more passionate a few years later in New York City. Zsa Zsa recalled that the two had spent an evening at a party where Garbo had relentlessly flirted with her, before asking Zsa Zsa to drive her home. "Then," said Zsa Zsa, "she said, 'Darling, would you like to come to my apartment?'"

"I was paralyzed," said Zsa Zsa. "Then she kissed me straight on the mouth. And I couldn't help kissing her back because she was so overwhelmingly strong and so beautiful. I've never had lesbian tendencies — but if I had ever had them, the woman of my life would definitely have been Greta Garbo!"

Elvis Presley At A Press Conference
But some romances weren't mean to be — including Zsa Zsa's chance to date The King. "I was playing at the Flamingo in Las Vegas when I got a message that
Elvis Presley, who was also appearing there, wanted to meet me," she said. "I went to Elvis' dressing room. The door flung open — and there stood one of the most gorgeous men I have ever seen!" But Zsa Zsa turned down his request to meet later in private, saying: "In this lifetime, at least, Elvis Presley and I were not meant to be."

Zsa Zsa also took pride in being one of the few women who rejected
John F. Kennedy! "I wasn't attracted to JFK sexually, so I never slept with him," said Zsa Zsa. "He asked me only once, and I turned him down. He never asked me again."

Zsa Zsa added that she was amazed at the entire Kennedy clan's private passions: "JFK's father was after my mother, and
Robert Kennedy was chasing me at the time I was dating JFK. I do like the Kennedys — they are full of mischief!"

Zsa Zsa also insisted that she turned down
Prince Philip, who pursued her while she was filming "Moulin Rouge" in London during 1952 — saying: "He was sending me romantic messages, but I refused to meet him. I didn't find him attractive." Royal biographer Darwin Porter, however, would go on to report that
Queen Elizabeth later learned that
Zsa Zsa really did bed her husband!

Zsa Zsa also revealed to The ENQUIRER that she once rejected J. Paul Getty — taking pride in turning down the world's richest man. Throughout her life, Zsa Zsa fought to make it clear that she was never a gold digger. "I only went to bed with men I wanted," she boasted, "not men who wanted me!"
