According to court documents obtained by The ENQUIRER, Grace — Wynona’s daughter with first husband Arch Kelley — was arrested on Dec. 18, 2015, at a Walgreen’s in Nashville, where cops saw her acting suspiciously. “Detectives noticed the vehicle was sitting at the location for an extended period of time,” her arrest affidavit stated. She “was observed exiting the vehicle and entering the store.”

Cops pulled Grace over because her license plate “was improperly secured” and “held on by one screw,” the report said. While they were talking, “a concerned citizen handed detectives a plastic bag that was thrown from the passenger side” — with the report adding the bag held “a torn-up box of pseudoephedrine, and a receipt showing a purchase of Coleman fuel.”

Both items are used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, with pseudoephedrine cold tablets placed in a glass jar filled with the camp fuel. A fed-up judge sentenced Kelly to the prison term after she quit attending rehab, and she won't be eligible for parole until February 4, 2019.
