Some insiders blamed Whitney's family when it was revealed Dionne had borrowed $150,000 from the pop star — with a source leaking that Whitney gave Dionne the cash because "Dee Dee had run up more bills!"

Another source insisted that Dee Dee's "drug habit costs $450 a day," and complained that's why Dionne was "virtually working just to keep her head above water." But in 2002, Dionne herself made headlines after being busted at Miami International Airport with a bag of marijuana — and Dee Dee was long dead when Dionne filed for bankruptcy in 2013 with over $10 million of tax debt.
