Warren Beatty At 78 — Looking Beat Over Family Crisis

Warren Beatty is back — but fans are about to see that the movie legend has changed over the years. The 78-year-old actor hasn't made a film in 15 years, and The National ENQUIRER caught his shocking new look. Sadly, insiders tell The ENQUIRER that Warren is showing more than his age. They fear that the gaunt star is burdened by personal problems that have him heading for a breakdown!

Warren has written, directed, and plays millionaire recluse Howard Hughes in the upcoming "Rules Don't Apply." The Oscar winner also told reporters that his own reclusive ways were inspired by raising a family with wife Annette Bening — with The ENQUIRER recently catching her alone on vacation!

"I have four children," said Warren, "and any one of them is more interesting than any 12 movies I’ve done." Sources, however, worry that Warren's family has been too interesting for his own good!

The former “Shampoo” actor  has been ripped up by repeated issues with his children, friends said — and it’s left his marriage to Annette in tatters. “Poor Warren looks like a shadow of his former self,” an insider told The ENQUIRER after seeing the star in L.A. on Jan. 18. “He seems to have the weight of the world on his shoulders. It looks like he’s headed for a breakdown with all of his heartache over his kids!”

The ENQUIRER has learned his college-student daughter, Isabel, is battling a prescription pill addiction and trying to stay sober — while her transgendered former sister Stephen Ira Beatty (pictured) has moved out on the house and is in a trial marriage!

“The family strife is making him sick,” said a pal. “He and Annette can’t seem to agree on how to handle their out-of-control kids!”
