WATCH: Val Kilmer Struggles To Deny Cancer Claims

Val Kilmer continues to deny reports by The National ENQUIRER about his deadly battle against cancer — even after fellow cancer patient Michael Douglas talked of his old costar "dealing with exactly what I had," adding: “Things don’t look good for him!” Now the former "Batman" star has been caught struggling to speak while making an appearance in Los Angeles!

The 56-year-old actor had earlier denied Michael Douglas' claims, saying he has "no cancer whatsoever" and has only been "rehabbing steadily" from "a swollen tongue." Val made the same denials to shocked eyewitnesses in the theater.

"Citizen Twain" is a filmed performance of Val's one-man play where he plays humorist Mark Twain ‚ and he told the audience that an upcoming tour of the show was canceled after his "tongue swelled up" — adding: “Obviously, I’m still recovering...as I’m recovering, I’m showing this.”

The ENQUIRER first revealed in Nov. 2015 that Val was shockingly ill after battling cancer. At the time, Val’s mother, Gladys Leach, confirmed he had a throat tumor and had undergone a tracheotomy. Close pals were complaining even then that the actor is in deep denial, with Val insisting: “There’s a rumor I’m unwell again and in the hospital, which is totally untrue!”
