Teresa Giudice is getting lots of attention after turning herself into a bikini'd bodybuilder — and now the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is going down the shore while her imprisoned husband faces deportation!

RADAR Online revealed that Joe Giudice is getting eyed for ICE while doing time on fraud charges. An ICE spokesperson told RADAR that the native of Italy is “in deportation proceedings while he’s in custody. ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”

Teresa, however, doesn't seem to be bothered by the news! Instead, she's hosting a June 22 party at D'Jais in Belmar, N.J. — one of the wildest clubs on the Jersey shore. That's after reigniting her career with a surprising debut as an over-40 bodybuilder.

The National ENQUIRER earlier reported that Joe is also slimming down while behind bars — but insiders said that Teresa was already thinking about a divorce. Now she seems determined to keep enjoying her freedom after doing her own 15-month prison stint on the same fraud charges.
