The new lawsuit has Stormy — born as Stephanie Clifford — saying that Trump's has defamed her by saying she falsely accused an individual of committing a crime against her — which is a crime itself under New York law. The suit says: “Mr. Trump used his national and international audience of millions of people to make a false factual statement to denigrate and attack Ms. Clifford.”
