A White House insider gave The ENQUIRER the bombshell scoop that Spicer was set to be fired from Trump — saying weeks before his "resignation" in July 2017 that, "Every time he holds a briefing, it’s a circus!" The top source also went public with the President's complaint that Spicer had failed to "smooth out some of the president’s take-no-prisoners approach."
