Track admitting to first degree criminal trespass on the night that ended in a brawl between him and Todd Palin late last year. In return, Track was sentenced to a year in jail — but he can avoid doing time if he successfully completes court-appointed programs.
That includes regular urine tests, plus intense counseling. Once completed, that would likely count as time served when Track is allowed to enter a new plea admitting to criminal trespass in the second degree. The settlements come after Track was originally let loose on $5,000 bail after the embarrassing arrest — with
the former VP candidate later posting a photo of her husband's bruised face on Instagram.

As covered by The ENQUIRER, Sarah herself called the cops after Track had broken into his parents' home — telling police that Track was "freaking out." By the time the police arrived, Todd and Track had gotten into a brutal brawl. Todd later told police that he had been armed and was ready to "protect his family" against his own son.
