Prince Autopsy Report — Self-Administered Overdose

The National ENQUIRER has the final coroner's report from the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office — and the disturbing document confirms that Prince died as a tragic addict! The official report says the legendary rocker passed away from a "self-administered fentanyl," with multiple sources reporting that the deadly overdose included Percocet. That's the same deadly drug that almost killed Prince just days before his body was found at his Paisley Park complex in Minnesota on April 21, 2016!

“Prince was addicted to pain meds for years," an insider told The ENQUIRER shortly after the star's death. "He overdosed on Percocet on the morning of April 15 while flying back to Minnesota from a show in Atlanta. The plane had to make an emergency stop in Moline, Ill. — and medics had to give Prince a special drug that stops overdoses!"

The Medical Examiner's Office has declared that it "is unable to make any further comments about its death investigation of Prince Nelson. But close sources still insist to The ENQUIRER that Prince's overdose was no accident — and that the rocker committed suicide after his infection with the HIV virus had developed into AIDS!

"The truth is he knew he had only months to live," a source told The ENQUIRER. "He didn’t want to die a slow, lingering death!"

The autopsy report certainly suggests that the rocker dressed for a suicide — describing Prince's final outfit as: "black cap, black shirt, grey undershirt, black pants, black boxer briefs, black socks." The report also reveals that the star weighed 112 lbs. — having recovered after sources told The ENQUIRER that Prince was barely tilting the scale at 80 lbs. in his final days!
