“Botox costs $1,200 to $1,500, lip filler can cost $1,500, cheek fillers about $2,000, breast implants cost $8,000 to $12,000, and a nose job runs between $7,000 and $15,000,” Dr. David said. According to her pal, Pam’s also turned to cosmetic surgery to ease her worries over her battle with deadly hepatitis C. Pam announced she was cured in November 2015 after a 12-week regimen of a “miracle” drug that can trigger life-threatening cancers. “She’s been cleared of hep C, but she’s still afraid of cancer and dying before her time,” dished the source.

After four divorces, Pam, 49, is looking for love with WikiLeaks fugitive Julian Assange, 45. But their six-month romance has only fueled her plastic surgery addiction, said the source. “Pam has made several trips to see Julian at his London hideout, and she’s totally infatuated with him,” spilled an insider. “But there doesn’t seem to be a silver lining to this story.
