That bombshell claim was made by former Simpson prosecutor Rockne Harmon — who said he'd even kept copies of sexy notes passed between Marcia and Chris as his team lost the infamous murder trial. "Four of the love notes that Marcia and Darden passed back and forth during one particularly grueling day in court were so explicit that they were actually pornographic," a legal insider told The National ENQUIRER.

Harmon, a DNA expert who's now lectures on forensic science, confirmed to reporters that he had the love notes, but wouldn't discuss the contents. The court insider, however, told The ENQUIRER that he saw the love letters scribbled on a yellow legal pad, and claimed: "There are references to Darden's physical prowess, his stamina, comparisons to his fuzzy balding head and other parts of his body, and his tenderness."

"As far as Marcia is concerned," the source continued, "there are handwritten compliments to her regarding her aggressiveness, her strength and her ability to make a man feel like a man." Harmon had revealed the existence of the notes to Simpson defense attorney Johnnie Cochran, while telling friends that Marcia and Chris had turned his own legal pad into their personal sex diary.

Another source familiar with the notes told The ENQUIRER: "It's my understanding that one exchange was basically Marcia and Chris complimenting each other on how great they were the previous night. It got pretty vulgar at times. Marcia's not known for her gentleness."

In the wake of the disastrous verdict, Marcia refused to comment on whether she and Chris had been having an affair. Chris was less discreet. He's admitted they became "more than friends," and wrote in his own memoir that the two had exchanged personal notes while they were supposed to be trying the case. He said that Marcia once wrote: "Do you have to make me laugh when the cameras are on?"

Another note from Marcia, claimed Chris, asked: "Do you wish to have another baby?"' He revealed in the book that he wrote back "Yes" to both questions. Marcia, however, was coy as recently as March 2016, when Ellen DeGeneres pried into their affair during an interview. The former prosecutor first said they had only "danced" — before confirming an ENQUIRER scoop by admitting: "We did take a trip to the Bay Area!"
