Hilary Duff's ex-husband is being investigated on rape charges — just months after bungling an attempted reunion with the former teen star! Former hockey hero Mike Comrie is insisting to detectives from the Los Angeles Police Department that he had a consensual coupling with a woman who claims that he sexually assaulted her on Feb. 12, after he picked her up at a bar and took her back to his condo in Hollywood.
