Hilary Duff Gets Sassy With Ex-Hubby

Actress and singer Hilary Duff, 28, has been getting on with ex-husband Mike Comrie, 35, exceptionally well lately — by which we mean ever since their divorce was finalized last week! The pair have been on an extended vacation in Hawaii with their son, Luca, and logging as much beach time in Maui as possible. Clearly, all that sun and surf — as well as Maui’s famously laid-back, just-watch-the-sunset attitude — promote good cheer.

Hilary even got a little sassy, giving Mike a playful kick! She’s obviously still very comfortable with Mike — who would kick a former NHL player otherwise? — and they enjoyed romping in the sand together. As The National ENQUIRER reported, the couple seem to be having more fun than ever before.

The blonde star of “Younger” was wearing a purple scalloped bikini from Marysia and wrapped her torso in a patterned red-and-purple sarong. She accessorized with some bangles around her wrists, hoop earrings, tortoiseshell sunglasses and a brown beach bag.

While Luca, 3, is certainly along for ride, he wasn’t with his parents when this particular flirty exchange took place.

When the divorce was finalized in Los Angeles Superior Court, the former child star of “Lizzie Maguire” got the couple’s Beverly Hills home plus another property, while Mike was awarded a 2013 Mercedes G-Class SUV and a 2014 Bentley coupe, as well as jewelry. Hilary was also ordered to pay Mike a one-time sum of $2,408,786.

The parents will share joint custody of little Luca and split the cost of raising him. Neither parent was awarded spousal support. The pair had a prenup when they married in 2010. They separated in January 2014, and Hilary filed for divorce in February 2015.
