Megyn Kelly has been put in re-runs on “Today,” with insiders reporting that NBC News looks ready to permanently part ways with the former FOX News host! As earlier reported by The National ENQUIRER, network insiders even said that NBC bosses were ready to bring inl singer Kelly Clarkson from her upcoming syndicated show to take over the troubled host’s hour and finally bring in some ratings. Now RADAR Online has new sources saying that Kelly’s still in the lead as Megyn looks set to leave the network in disgrace. NBC News insiders told RADAR that their bosses “think it might be perfect time to give her ‘Today’ time slot to Kelly, who has a huge fan base and is extremely well-liked and relatable!” And another source has already come forward to say that Kelly — who was already working on a syndicated talk show for NBCUniversal Distribution — is “willing to take on any job thrown her way!”

Additional sources have since reported that Megyn's also been looking to meet with other networks. “At FOX,” said an insider before the scandal,
“Megyn was a princess. At NBC,
she feels isolated and alone.” The new scandal doesn't leave Megyn much room to negotiate a hot new deal, but sources say that she's already willing to consider a place on the network's “Fox & Friends” morning show.

Megyn can even explain why she's taking a seeming demotion from her old role at FOX, having told
Ellen DeGeneres: “Cable news primetime is a snake pit!” "Today" insiders seem happy with the latest development, too.
“Kelly already has her own reputation as a diva,” said an insider, “but audiences love her — and it'll kill Megyn to get replaced by a pop star!”
