Let’s just say Doria Ragland isn’t coming off like royalty right now. Meghan Markle‘s mother was spotted being … well, normal … in L.A. on Saturday, January 12, despite the fact that her daughter is the Duchess of Sussex.
Ragland was caught browsing the aisle of Target (cue the gasps) and we imagine this kind of public attention on her family is the last thing Prince Harry‘s wife wants ahead of baby No. 1.
Meg’s brood has been embarrassing her since her May 19 wedding, with her mom — a yoga instructor — being the only one who hasn’t completely tarnished her name.
Ragland reportedly wants to go to London more often to help Meg and Harry with the baby come spring, but until then, you can catch her stocking up on toiletries at America’s favorite budget-friendly store.

“Meghan, of course, wants her mom to move to the UK,” a royal insider recently told Us Weekly.

But Doria isn't completely set on moving there quite yet. “She has told friends that she would keep her house in Los Angeles but is indeed planning on spending a majority of her time with Meghan," the insider noted to Us.
