And while Annette hasn't filed for divorce, insiders have told The National ENQUIRER that she's planning to put the two-timing newsman in the poorhouse!

Sources said that the mom of Matt’s three kids is working up a divorce scheme to take 90% of his whopping $80 million fortune — with his horrific behavior ruining his hopes for a 50/50 split. “She’s decided to take him to the cleaners,” said a spy. “Annette figures it’s the least she deserves after everything he’s put her through.”

If she gets the big payday, Matt will be left with $8 million — but that won’t go far! He’s been axed from his $28-million-a-year job. He’s also facing possible big-bucks lawsuits from women he allegedly went after on the "Today Show" set.
