The Oscar-winning “Cabaret” star, who's the daughter of the “Wizard of Oz” legend and director Vincente Minnelli, invoked her formerly estranged sister Lorna Luft while mourning her mom —  saying that troubled Judy was taken from her children “far too soon.”
