The documents obtained by RADAR show Lockwood claiming that he's “received nothing or almost nothing” from Lisa Marie since their divorce, and he claims to now be in debt. Lisa Marie's own statements show that the troubled pop heiress earns a “modest salary” of $51,600 a year as an employee of Graceland, and gets $100,000 per month from her inheritance.

Lisa Marie, however, is in a court battle with her former financial management company. Each side is accusing the other of being responsible for bad investments and frivolous spending. An earlier court document shows Lisa Marie claiming she has no real home — saying in Feb. 2017: “I lived briefly with my mother, in treatment, then with friends rent-free. I currently live in the home of my adult daughter, Riley Keough, and her husband.”

Lockwood, however, says Lisa Marie still has “substantial means” — and claims that the post-nup doesn't reflect how his ex-wife had once insisted that he “work only for her, that he had no other income, that there was no employment contract, and that she could fire him and stop paying him at any time.”
