Lindsay Lohan’s mom has filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in New York State — after making enemies while viciously pursuing a role on “Real Housewives of New York!” The court filings obtained by The National ENQUIRER have Dina Lohan claiming she owes up to 49 creditors somewhere between $1 million to $10 million, in addition to tax debts in New York and California, plus a $45,000 bill from the IRS. That’s after The ENQUIRER’s own Rob Shuter revealed that Dina had made herself a pest in NYC while desperately trying to protect her celebrity net worth with a gig on “The Real Housewives of New York!”

That didn't stop
Dina from making a bad impression in April 2018 when she made it into the VIP area at the “Real Housewives of New York City” premiere party. When radio personality
Taylor Strecker sat on the arm of Dina’s seat, a source told Shuter, “Dina elbowed her three times in the bottom before Taylor walked away! Later, when both Dina and Taylor’s eyes met, Dina blew a raspberry in her face and ran off!”

Rob also revealed some good news for Dina, though, getting the scoop that
Lindsay's new MTV show will give both her parents a job! “Dina and Michael think the show will be the perfect way to earn some cash — and show what great parents they are,” a spy dished to Rob, adding: This is going to be the real-life version of ‘The Parent Trap!’”
