Radar Online has a bombshell look at the police officer's charges about the Kennedy's antics on Sunday, August 20. That includes Caroline Kennedy, Maxwell's daughter, yelling "F--k off!" at the cops who responded to a noise complaint from neighbors about a party going on at 1 am!

“Maxwell Kennedy came to the door and immediately became angry with me,” Officer Armando Feliciano claimed in the official papers obtained by Radar. “I asked Kennedy to provide some identification. He became even more irate with me. I observed Kennedy to have noticeably bloodshot and glassy eyes, and he was sweating profusely during our conversation.”

Things reportedly got worse when the officer attempted to enter the home to investigate the noise complaint, noting that people inside the house had turned up the music while police attempted to talk to Maxwell (seen here in 2000, while serving as his Uncle Ted's campaign manager). “Kennedy responded by now screaming incoherently and throwing himself at the wall," claims the police report.

The papers also state that Maxwell's daughter was arrested after attempting to open the door of Officer Feliciano's police car while her father was in custody — and later allegedly told an officer: “I went to Brown and I’m a teacher, sweetheart.” Sgt. Jason Laber handled her processing at the station, noting: “She stuck her tongue out and repeatedly told me to ‘f--k off’ during booking.”

Caroline was reportedly later repentant, though, with Laber writing that she "cried, and now asked if this would affect her job.” The father and daughter were both released on bail, and face a November court date in Hyannis Port — near the location of the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum.
