The homeless sex offender (pictured) quickly became a suspect in JonBenet's twisted death after he was believed to be in the Ramsey's Boulder, Colo., neighborhood on the night of her murder. According to a friend of Oliva, the pervert had called days after the child's body was found to say that he'd done something horrible.

Police reported at the time that Oliva also owned a stun gun. The tiny body of JonBenet showed marks from a stun gun after she was discovered in the basement of the Ramsey home on Christmas morning.

I felt the need to build a monument, a shrine, to remember this little girl.”
