According to official records, a judge filed a custody order on April 5, 2018, that apparently sent Kate into a fury because she actively fought the ruling that allowed Hannah to move in with her DJ dad.

On May 4, she entered a motion for reconsideration — meaning she begged the judge to change his mind. Then four days later, she filed an appeal — which was shot down, as was her petition to fast-track her case!
