Johnny Depp is keeping his fans concerned as he tours the world with Alice Cooper and Aerosmith's Joe Perry in the Hollywood Vampires — as the struggling rocker keeps looking worse!

The National ENQUIRER caught Johnny leaving his hotel in Warsaw, Poland, with beefy bodyguards keeping a firm hold of the film star. As earlier revealed by The ENQUIRER, insiders report that Johnny's mainly been a mess over his ex Vanessa Paradis finding happiness — while his romance with Amber Heard ended in a dirty divorce!

“Johnny has finally realized that the happiest days of his life were with Vanessa,” said an insider, “and he misses that desperately.” Now the actor's troubling appearance has sparked new concerns that Johnny is back to boozing! Tour insiders, however, deny the claims.

"Johnny's doing great," says one member of the crew, "and Alice won't stand for anyone letting boozing get in the way of a great show!" And while some fans are excited to see Johnny even taking the mic on this latest show, they're getting to hear him sing both David Bowie's "Heroes" and a more sinister tune called "People Who Died!"
