Sources told "Page Six" that Joe and Mika are together in London, but are trying to cover up their touring together with studio trickery. Joe sits in front of a blue screen that replicates the look of his NYC studio, while Mika is suggested to be on the road in another studio — even as they sit just feet away from each other!
