during her sentencing retrial to keep onlookers from hearing what lawyers argued and that, at times, the public was prohibited from the courtroom.

Now, Arias’ lawyers asked the Arizona Court of Appeals for
more privacy! “The contents of the opening brief may endanger some members of the public, given the
continuing interest in this case by the public and the media,” Arias’ attorneys wrote, without explaining what the peril was.
