Hoda Kotb will never get hitched to her financier beau Joel Schiffman, sources told The National ENQUIRER — because her first marriage to tennis coach Burzis Kanga was so emotionally devastating! “Hoda rarely talks about what really happened during her marriage,” an insider said. “She completely blindsided Burzis with the divorce filing and has been sour on marriage ever since. That’s why she won’t even consider tying the knot again.” While Hoda remains mum on her determination to avoid another celebrity divorce scandal, Burzis blamed sickness and their move to New York for the split. “We had some differences,” he told a source. “My father was ill. She was ill. It was a difficult time…”

But he hints that he didn’t handle their problems very well. “In hindsight, there was a level of immaturity on my part — mistakes I made,” he said. “It’s a shame it transpired that way.” Their divorce became final in February 2008.
