Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Relax With Kids

Former couple Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez enjoy a day on the beach with their son Maceo, 2, and her daughter Nahla, 8, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico this week. Despite going through a divorce, they have remained friends for the sake of their son.

The estranged parents and are spending as much time together as they can with the kids. Halle and Maceo relaxed while Olivier watched Nahla swim in the ocean.

The pair filed for divorce in October 2015 after two years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

“We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son,” the couple said in a statement in October, when they announced they were divorcing.

Halle and Olivier are both seeking joint custody of their son Maceo. Halle endured a very nasty and very public battle with Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry.

“I'm doing okay, I really am,” Halle has said. “I keep pushing… Whenever you're going through anything in life, when you step outside yourself and focus on others, that's always the best remedy for any situation that you'd rather not be dealing with.”

While Olivier went with standard swim trunks, Halle chose a sexy bathing suit by OYE Swimwear that featured mesh panels at the back and front.

Nahla celebrated her eighth birthday just a week ago, and Halle herself is gearing up for a big milestone: She turns 50 on Aug. 14! Still looking good, Halle!
