Halle Berry has announced that she’s putting an end to her marriage to Olivier Martinez — just two months after The ENQUIRER caught the beauty out without her wedding ring!
“They’ve been delaying the inevitable,” a spy told us, and now Halle has finally had it with her hotheaded French husband!
Halle wed Olivier in July 2013 while she was pregnant with their child. She also has a 7-year-old daught, Nahla, fathered by model Gabriel Autry — who Olivier famously beat up in a brawl outside her home in Nov. 2012.
The divorce has been announced on the heels of a lawsuit filed against the glamorous couple by a an employee at the LAX airport who was punched by Olivier back in January.
While the couple were swarmed by paparazzi, Olivier used the baby car seat he was carrying to shove Ronaldo Owens, as caught on video!
Now the couple are set to battle things out for themselves, with the 49-year-old actress looking to hold on to her $80 million fortune!
