Surgeons — who have never worked with the “Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me” singer — opened up to The National ENQUIRER exclusively about Knight’s potential procedures, and so it turns out, she has Botox to blame for her plastic look at age 74!

Dr. Javad Sajan, aka realdrseattle, from Allure
Esthetic Plastic Surgery in Seattle, shared, "In her more recent pictures, it shows that she has a bigger forehead and eyebrows that have been moved up surgically. This is a classic result when an endoscopic brow lift is done in someone with an already higher hairline."

He added, "When people have elongated foreheads, this makes the forehead seem even longer. This was the wrong operation done for her. Her eyebrows look overly lifted and she looks unnaturally surprised. It looks like she's had Botox to her forehead and glabella region. This is evident because when she smiles she’s getting wrinkles around her eyes, but not on her forehead or glabella."

Dr. Sajan added, "Her gorgeous smile appears to be extremely wide and her mouth looks bigger in her recent pictures, this could be due to a face lift that pulled the corners of her mouth too high. Her chin is longer and wider, this is likely due to a silicone chin implant."

"She has likely had a neck lift, too. I see unusual bands of muscle and skin popping out from the sides of her neck, which are most notable with expressions. These bands and lines are not present on her past pictures," he continued.

Dr. Sajan then gave his opinion on the matter. "Gladys Knight would have benefited from procedures that would have enhanced her natural look rather than overly aggressive operations that have made her look unnatural," he shared.

Dr. Mardirossian concluded that she may have had a "neck lift and facelift as I notice her platysma muscle of the lateral neck being a little tenser than the usual. She might have also had Botox to the neck to relax the midline muscle."
