In Oct. 2017, Svetlana accepted a misdemeanor plea deal for attempted petty larceny over charges of swindling a man out of his rent money in 2014. In Jan. 2018, a judge with the Manhattan Supreme Court ruled that she was free to speak about her very private time spent with Spitzer.
