Donald Trump blasted Barack Obama for using Federal agencies to tap the phones at his Trump Towers headquarters during the 2016 election. President Trump also boasted that nothing was found — while comparing the shocking charges to Watergate! Obama appointees like former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper have rushed to deny the charges. A bombshell investigation by The National ENQUIRER, however, has exposed more Obama dirty tricks that veteran consultant Roger Stone calls "worse than Watergate!"

The ENQUIRER has previously reported on Obama's coordinated conspiracy against Trump using multiple federal agencies. That included Trump firing National Security Advisor Michael T. Flynn over another case of leaked wiretaps. Obama loyalists known as "The Deep State" had taped Flynn speaking with the Russian ambassador about sanctions. Because Flynn had the conversation before Trump took office, the call was a violation of “protocol” — and Obama’s spies leaked the wiretapped recordings to force the hawkish general out of office!

The New York Times also reported claims that Trump staffers were spied on by government agencies during the 2016 presidential campaign. In an article headlined “Wiretapped Data Used in Inquiry of Trump Aides,” an insider told reporters that “wiretapped communications had been provided to the White House” as part of an investigation into “business dealings that some of the president-elect’s past and present advisers have had with Russia.”

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi insisted that "it's ridiculous" to suggest that Obama would ever "order any wiretap of an American citizen." Attorney General Eric Holder, however, was caught conducting surveillance on journalists during the Obama administration. FOX News' correspondent James Rosen had his phone records seized and e-mails read by federal agents. CBS reporter Sharyl Attkisson said in 2014 that both her CBS laptop and her personal computer had been hacked by agents using spyware that was “proprietary to a government agency.”

It's now believed that over 100 reporters were spied on by the Justice Department during the Obama administration. Leaked documents also accuse Obama of sanctioning wiretaps on international allies such as German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. By the end of Obama's second term, even Washington Post reporter Chris Cillizza admitted that “while Obama’s senior team insists these decisions were made independently of him, there’s clearly a tone being set from the top down!”
