It's a big twist to the once-doomed romance that left the “Friends” star in a state of shock!

Irish rocker Johnny, 39, had moved out of the “Friends” star’s two Los Angeles homes — and even packed up his recording equipment to head back to Ireland! “Courteney is just blown out of the water by this,” a Hollywood mole told The ENQUIRER, adding that the split came less than a month before a planned “pre-wedding" celebration!

The ENQUIRER also revealed how Courteney had alienated her then-fiancé by going on a shocking nip/tuck spree! The desperate 51-year-old “Cougar Town” babe had plumped her face with fillers and injections!

“Courteney’s just had another big round of Botox and fillers," dished an insider at the time, "which always makes her neck look older until it settles!" The source also revealed how the star— seen here last June — was getting Johnny worked up over her vanity!

“Courteney is sensitive about their eight-year age gap," dished the insider, "which is why she spends so much time fussing over her appearance. Johnny has told her time and again she’s beautiful just the way she is. But Courteney can’t resist trying new treatments, and she’s desperate to look her best for the wedding!"

Courteney had confessed to pals at the time that she had “nightmares over the idea of looking like a middle-aged woman in her wedding photos,” the source added. “She thinks it’s possible to look like a twentysomething when she should be growing old gracefully!”
