Scott Eastwood is becoming a star in tough-guy epics like Suicide Squad and the upcoming Fast 8 — but the son of Clint Eastwood still took a beating as a kid! It was his own father doing the punching, too! Scott revealed the shocking story while talking to the Australian edition of GQ. He wasn't complaining, though!

The author of the article was impressed that Scott refused to ever "challenge, contradict, demean, belittle, devalue, or question his old man" during the interview. The star still wasn't shy about talking about his tough upbringing. Clint wouldn't even put his name on Scott's birth certificate when he was born to a flight attendant who had a fling with the "Dirty Harry" hero. Clint still insisted on raising his kid right — and rough!

“I had taken my younger sister, who was, like, 14, to this party," Scott told the interviewer. "I left, maybe to go get beer with the guys. And I left her and I didn’t think about it at the time. Later, Dad found out that I’d left her there.”

Scott — only 16 at the time — then revealed how Clint flipped out over his kid ditching his daughter Kathryn at the party. The rising star remembers his dad grabbing him by the throat and throwing him against a wall: "He popped me and said, ‘You don’t ever leave your sister at a party. EVER.'"

But, just like the article promised, Scott won't be writing a tell-all about his father’s rough handling. "It was very old-school, very old-school of him," said Clint's admiring son. "He wasn’t afraid. None of this new-age bullsh*t where you can’t even smack the kid because everyone’s afraid of being judged or whatever. That wasn’t the way that sh*t went down in that family... If you did something wrong, you were going to get punished. I learnt quickly — you don’t do that.”

Scott — who once confirmed The ENQUIRER's scoop on an Ashton Kutcher threesome — also talked about his dad deciding not to help him buy a truck to help him get through college — while the aspiring actor was also working as a busboy! But that paid off, as well, since Scott's also picked up Clint's reputation as a ladies' man.

Scott worked his way up to tending bar, and says that's still the secret to meeting ladies. “That was probably the wildest time," he laughed. "It still beats out being in movies or whatever. It still beats out all that, a thousand times!”
