Dr. William Manion’s chilling analysis suggests the adorable toddler may very well have been alive when she was dumped — and ended up dying alone and in terror like a helpless mummy wrapped in the cramped darkness of a trash bag.

“Hopefully Caylee was dead,”
The National ENQUIRER learned from Manion, who has studied the murdered child’s autopsy. “But we don’t know.” The tyke was wrapped in a blanket and a plastic trash bag, then dumped in a wooded area near the Orlando home of her grandparents,

But Manion notes Caylee
could easily have been unconscious when she was buried with duct tape covering the lower part of her face, probably her mouth. The autopsy indicated the tape was found on the child’s skull and this played a key part in ruling the death a murder.
