Bill Cosby is fighting back after a panel of medical professionals declared him to be a “sexually violent predator” — with the once-beloved sitcom star going to court to declare that the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act violates his constitutional rights! The National ENQUIRER has seen the latest legal filing by Cosby’s new attorney, as Joseph P. Green Jr. attempts to get the psychiatric panel’s recommendations thrown out of court. That includes complaints that “the true facts establish that this defendant is not a sexually violent predator,” and that the “assessment” was really done by “a single Board member” who “did not conduct any ‘hearing.'”

The court document also notes that the original Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act was ruled to be unconstitutional in Pennsylvania in 2017, and says the revamped SORNA II is "so similar" that
it can't be "applied retroactively" to Cosby. After the ruling in 2017, thousands of sex offenders in Pennsylvania were no longer required to register themselves with local authorities.

As previously reported by The ENQUIRER,
Cosby was always determined to avoid being labeled as a sex offender. He even turned down a plea deal that would revoked his status as a “low-level offender” in under a year. Instead, Cosby faces up to 30 years behind bars, along with being labeled a Tier III predator — the most severe level of sex offenders!
