Bill Cosby is behind bars after being found guilty of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004 — and now he’s facing another court battle over charges of committing sexual battery during a party held at the Playboy Mansion. Chloe Goins came forward in 2016 to accuse Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting her when she was attending a party at Hugh Hefner’s notorious pleasure palace in 2008. Her civil suit survived multiple challenges by attorneys for both Cosby and Hefner. The case was finally put on hold, however, during the once-beloved sitcom star’s criminal trial. Chloe’s civil suit is seeking a jury trial and damages. Her lawyer, Spencer Kuvin, earlier told The ENQUIRER: “We believe that Mr. Hefner not only knew, but at the very least should have known what Mr. Cosby has been doing to these women over the last 30-plus years.” Now, adds Kuvin, “This is our opportunity to get to the truth of what he did to our client, Ms. Goins, that fateful night at the Playboy Mansion.”
