Perhaps no one knows more about Bill Clinton’s infidelities than the Arkansas state troopers who were assigned to guard and ferry him around from 1979 to 1993 — and who said he carried on affairs, numerous one-night stands and clandestine sexual encounters during that time!

Troopers Larry Patterson and Roger Perry said their “official” duties included “facilitating Clinton’s cheating on his wife,” a source told The National ENQUIRER — and “they were instructed by Clinton on a regular basis to approach women and solicit their telephone numbers.”

In a troubling twist, however, the two troopers also have to live with the knowledge that they might have arranged for women to become Bill's victims! As revealed by The ENQUIRER, charges of sexual assault have been made by women in Arkansas who were summoned to meet with the future President.

Patterson soon learned to despise his powerful boss — and later released an audiobook called “More Than Sex,” in which he said the Clintons have an “open marriage.” He also reported that Bill’s cadre of state troopers were little more than “pimps” for Clinton’s sexcapades.

Patterson and Perry said they were also assigned to drive Bill to illicit hookups. They even watched out for him during sexual encounters, they claimed — and lent him state cars “so he could slip away and visit women unnoticed.”

The officers also said they helped Bill cover up his activities by staying apprised of where Hillary was during their boss' frequent philandering — while "lying to Hillary about her husband’s whereabouts."

The troopers added that — despite them having the goods on him — Bill was thankless. “We lied for him and helped him cheat on his wife, and he treated us like dogs,” Patterson said.

Patterson and Perry also said that during the last five years of Bill’s governorship (1987 to 1992), the Democrats' rising star was involved with a group of a half dozen “mistresses or girlfriends” in Little Rock — some of whom were married and had children. The governor's gals included one of his staffers and a local attorney he appointed to a judgeship.

There was also the wife of a prominent judge, plus a local reporter — and a sales clerk who serviced Bill while her car sat in the empty parking lot of his daughter Chelsea’s school!

And they claimed horny Bill would leave the governor’s mansion for an early morning jog — but when they picked him up on some mornings, “there wouldn’t be a drop of sweat on him," even on a hot July day. “I’d tell him there must be something wrong with his sweat glands,” Patterson said, "because he didn’t have a drop of sweat on him. He’d say, ‘I can’t fool you guys, can I?’”
