Now investigators claim that Soules spent hours refusing to talk to police!

“Mr. Soules would not come out of [his] home," confirmed a state prosecutor. “It took hours to get a search warrant to retrieve Mr. Soules from inside of that house in order to continue the investigation...At no point did Mr. Soules come out of the house, or cooperate with law enforcement at any point in trying to get in contact with him regarding this individual and the accident.”

Soules is currently out on bail, and his neighbors are demanding answers. Richard Roepke, part of Mr. Mosher's family, told Radar: “Everyone around here is in shock. He knew them —they’re neighbors!”
