This is disgraced "Bachelor" star Chris Soules seated before a judge after being charged with leaving a man dying in a ditch after a car crash in Iowa. Now additional police reports say that alcohol was found on the scene!

Officers with the Iowa State Patrol says that Soules was driving the pickup truck that slammed into a tractor trailer near Aurora — just 15 miles south of the reality-star's farm in Arlington. The man driving the tractor trailer was recovered from a ditch, and later died in a local hospital.

Soules reportedly fled the scene while leaving his truck behind, with cops saying that alcoholic beverages or containers were at the scene of deadly crash!

Soules was later arrested by the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office — and his bail has been set at $10,000. In a troubling twist, The National ENQUIRER has learned that Soules was previously convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated in 2006.
