Prince was found lifeless in an elevator at his Minneapolis compound on April 21, 2016 from an overdose of fentanyl — a synthetic drug 50 times more powerful than heroin!

Now the “Purple Rain” star’s relatives have slapped an Illinois hospital claiming that poor medical care led to the addict musician’s drug death.

And the family is also going after two Minnesota pharmacists over similar claims!

The lawsuit charges that the Illinois hospital failed to treat Prince properly when he was rushed there during an overdose a week before his death.

The pharmacies are accused of wrongly selling him opioid pills that may have killed him.

However, the Minnesota lawmen say that the fentanyl was from counterfeit pills that Prince obtained elsewhere — with insiders telling The ENQUIRER that the doomed rocker relied on shady transactions with Chinese gangsters!
