On May 16, Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam signed the Campbell/Falk Act.
That allows the family and loved ones of dementia patients and others with disabilities — who can no longer voice their wishes — to visit them against the requests of a guardian.
“Debby is ecstatic that this bill has passed so she can see her father,” said a source.
