Bill Cosby keeps trying to shut up the women who are going after him in court!

And now the disgraced comic is going after the model who took her story public!

The sex-crazed comic is going after supermodel Beverly Johnson, who told her own story of being attacked by Cosby on November 30, 2014, in the pages of Vanity Fair magazine.

Cosby attorney Monique Pressley released a statement that the defamation lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of California on Monday morning — and includes a permanent injunction to stop Johnson from continuing to publish her allegations, which Cosby claims were created to help sales of her autobiography.

The comic is also demanding a public statement where Beverly retracts her accusations that were published in Vanity Fair!

The article, “Bill Cosby Drugged Me,” included this account of how Beverly felt after Cosby served her a cappuccino in his home after he invited her there in the mid-80s for an “audition” for “The Cosby Show.” Beverly wrote…

My head became woozy, my speech became slurred, and the room began to spin nonstop. Cosby motioned for me to come over to him as though we were really about to act out the scene. He put his hands around my waist, and I managed to put my hand on his shoulder in order to steady myself.

Beverly wrote that, as a model who worked in the ’70s, she had enough experience to know that she’d been drugged — and found the strength to confront Cosby about his actions.

What happened next is somewhat cloudy for me because the drug was in fuller play by that time. I recall his seething anger at my tirade and then him grabbing me by my left arm hard and yanking all 110 pounds of me down a bunch of stairs as my high heels clicked and clacked on every step. I feared my neck was going to break with the force he was using to pull me down those stairs.

It was still late afternoon and the sun hadn’t completely gone down yet. When we reached the front door, he pulled me outside of the brownstone and then, with his hand still tightly clenched around my arm, stood in the middle of the street waving down taxis.

This past September, Beverly, now 62 years old, said during an interview on “Good Morning America” that she was willing to tell Cosby that she has forgiven him.

But this new lawsuit has an angry Cosby declaring Beverly to be a liar — even as the original Vanity Fair article stated that his attorneys didn’t respond to the magazine for comment!

Cosby’s lawyers are also busy filing papers to keep Cosby’s wife Camille from having to testify in a defamation case filed by one of his alleged victims, who’s suing over Cosby’s own denials of her rape!

The ENQUIRER has already reported on how Cosby has sent high-powered lawyers after seven of the women who’ve accused him of sexual misconduct.

His attorneys filed a complaint that the women’s accusations were “malicious, opportunistic and false and defamatory” — and said that the women “knowingly published false statements and accusations!”

The ENQUIRER has revealed more shocking details of Cosby’s sick exploitation of women over the years — but the first lawsuit filed by Cosby’s attorneys against his accusers insist that the callous comedian is a man of “transformative cultural impact” and a “philanthropist dedicated to promoting social justice issues with his involvement and contributions to causes from education to sickle cell anemia.”
