It was a particularly painful accusation made towards the Houston officers — with psycho Micah Xavier Johnson having killed five cops in Dallas on July 7, 2016, after protests over another police shooting.
Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner released this video of the July 9, 2016, incident — which includes police body cam footage from two separate officers, plus surveillance video from a convenience store.
The disturbing footage shows officers shooting Braziel in the street, and then approaching the dying man.

“The two officers viewed the threat to themselves and the public as immediate, stopped their patrol vehicle and exited the vehicle even before it was in park,” said acting police chief Martha Montalvo. “Once the threat was contained, officers activated their cameras.”
Nikita Braziel was shown footage of her husband’s death before the video was released. “I don’t care what he had,” she told reporters. “All he wanted to do is come back home.”
